MORNING TWEETS

As I have become more addicted to twitter I realized how much of an education tool it can be. While some tweet about what they are doing or what they wore, others are tweeting about the top styles and products of today. I decided to reach out to Victoria Stiles, who I met at a networking event hosted by Luis and Kat Aragon, to see how we could educate some of our followers. Victoria came up with the uber cool title and from there we scored a trending topic on Twitter. For all of you non-tweets, that's a really big deal. So to give credit where credit is due, I decided to post a few of my favorite #Wakeup2Makeup tips!

 

 

@DeniseTunnell >> Be sure to cleanse your personal makeup brushes once a week using a mild shampoo or antibacterial hand soap.

 

@MelaniB >> You can sheer out any heavy concealer or foundation with a moisturizer.

 

@onlocationmkup >> Always get a makeup trial run to avoid any makeup mistakes the day of your wedding! Hire a professional makeup artist and request to see their portfolio.

 

@victoriastiles >> Use your ring finger for a gentle application of eye cream before concealer.

 

@JSMakeupArtists >> Splurge on a custom blended foundation, a line of demarkation at your jaw is the biggest makeup don't!  

 

@Virgo_Beauty >> Sugar/Salt paste is a good exfoliator for your skin. You can mix 3 parts sugar/salt 1 part liquid to make your paste and change the mix to get it as thick or loose as you like. I make my mix with my bodywash and for my face I use lemon juice about once every other week. 

 

@HairGirlDenver >> Get mascara on ur skin during application? Wait for it to dry then use a Q-tip to twist off. It won't ruin your makeup!

 

@AskBobbiBrown Dark circles look darker with liner on lower lashline.Concealer up to lashline and only mascara on lowerlashes for awake eyes.
